This time allows for you to share your overall skin concerns, to receive a professional treatment to improve those concerns, and to get expert advice for how you should care for and treat your skin between visits. And, just like a monthly check-in with your personal trainer, we recommend you come in for a treatment every 4-6 weeks, helping us to continue to support you in your skin goals while using professional-grade products for deeper penetration, exfoliation and hydration. 

Step two in the journey to skin success is your at-home care routine. Now, we all know that meeting once every 4-6 weeks with a trainer and then calling it good isn’t going to do much to help you reach your overall goals. The same goes for your skin. And last but not least, the final piece of the skin puzzle — nutrition. In order to achieve fresh, dewy, youthful results, your body needs to be fueled in a way that promotes that glow from within. We recommend that you avoid, as much as possible, inflammatory foods like dairy, gluten, processed and deep fried foods (i.e. foods that will break you out, retain water, and age you) and add in skin nourishing foods such as fruits, veggies, cage-free eggs, and fish. Of course indulging from time to time is a part of living a well-balanced lifestyle, but if you truly want to experience vibrant skin, nourishing yourself from the inside out is the fast-track to skin fitness success.
